And a new “crime fantasy” from Gail Simone? Some big news coming of ImageExpo today.

David Sparks on Apple Music and iTunes Match:
> The problem arises when you first set up iCloud Music Library and it overlaps with your prior iTunes Match tracks (that you presumably purchased and should be DRM free). Early tests, including this one from Kirk McElhearn, are indicating some of your iTunes Match tracks are getting DRM applied to them when they shouldn’t.
This whole interaction really scares me. It is why I probably won’t even give Apple Music a try for a couple of months.
tl;dr – Fill out this survey if you’re interested in such a vacation: [https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9LJT752](https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9LJT752)
Anyone who has started following me over the past year knows that I am a meticulous planner, who also has a habit of dreaming amount outrageous ideas that I then try to pull off. Some of these ideas work better than others. I am hoping that this is one of the ones that works.
Over the past year, a number of listeners to the [Mighty Men of Mouse podcast](http://mightymenofmouse.com) have become pretty close “online friends.” We’ve chatted with each other, joked with each other, and even supported each other (if that was ever necessary.) In fact, some in the community have even managed to catch up in person for various meet-ups, on vacations, etc…
So, my latest “big idea” is the following: **What if we planned a Mighty Men of Mouse listener community vacation at Walt Disney World in 2017?** Honestly, I have no idea if there is any interest in something like this (relatedly, I have no idea if something like this is even feasible.) Therefore, my first step was to create the following survey [https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9LJT752](https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9LJT752) so people could let me know if they are interested in such an event (as well as when they might be available for such an event to take place.) If it turns out that (1) there is interest, and (2) there seems to be a time of the year where the interested people might be able to go, I’ll contact my Disney travel agent and start to see how we might be able to get a group rate, etc… If there’s not enough interest, well, I’ll put it on my ever growing list of failed experiments.
Again, please feel out the following survey if you’re interested: [https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9LJT752](https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9LJT752). There’s also a box at the bottom where you can leave additional comments, or you can hit me up on twitter at [@kivus](http://twitter.com/kivus).
Not surprising. This doesn’t really effect me at all, unless they start claiming tripods are “selfie-sticks.”
Cool. I know nothing about either one of them, though.
I’ve [already said] that I worry that whomever took over *Captain Marvel* would have to deal with tons of “Kelly Sue never would have done it that way.” I hope that people, after seeing how amazing Agent Carter was, will give Butters and Fazekas a chance.
There was a gasp in the room when she announced this.
Relatedly, I fear for the person who takes over the book. I think “he / she is no Kelly Sue” will be a common refrain, regardless of how good the book is.
So there will be at least 1 Marvel title on my pull-list after Secret Wars.
I’m glad we could end up with one place to organize our digital comics, even if [you can’t sync your Dark Horse collection to Comixology just yet](https://twitter.com/DarkHorseComics/status/613020680964210688).
This is so great.
Amazon has updated their [Kindle Paperwhite](http://www.amazon.com/All-New-Kindle-Paperwhite-High-Resolution-Display/dp/B00OQVZDJM/ref=sr_tr_1?sr=8-1&ie=UTF8&keywords=kindle%2Bpaperwhite&tag=johkiv-20&qid=1434564745) model (the model I have currently) with a higher resolution screen and Amazon’s new “Bookerly” font. As someone who reads on his Kindle almost nightly, I find this to be a really interesting upgrade.[^f1535].

Does this come as a surprise to anyone?
Wait…they’re making a sequel? I didn’t see this coming.
I guess I always figured that Redwing would be mechanical in the movies, but it’s still kind of a bummer to read it.
Zootopia Teaser Trailer
Interesting concept. Disney animation has been on a hot streak recently, so hopefully this just adds to that.
I know some people think this is a horrible move Epcot, but I think it’s sounds like a really enjoyable attraction.
This place has kind of “steampunk”-y vibe that I think looks really cool.
Unfortunately, if Disney is estimating May 2016 as of today, I would assume we wouldn’t see this attraction open until at least the fall.
I want the cool, glowing Tinker Bell at Disney World.
He’s going to wrestle Stardust AND wants to sing the National Anthem at a Red Sox game? Awesome. (Yes, I know he’s Canadian, not a Red Sox fan, but still…)
