They look like Owlman from *Watchmen’s* kid brother and sister.
Even though CW has done them well, I imagine they don’t want to be completely dependent on DC Comics for show ideas. That said, are the CW’s original ideas really what drives the network? It seems like those normally make it 3-4 episodes before being cancelled.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Trailer
The Arrow / Flash spin-off series get a name and a trailer. Some interesting things, including an apparent use of the Lazarus Pits to raise Sara Lance from the dead. Also, RORY IS THE DOCTOR and THE ATOM SHRINKS. (I might be a little excited about this show.)
