Improvements like this are what helps keep the program strong in future years.

After Clemson’s win against Syracuse yesterday, they have 3 more games to win in order to get into the playoff. One of them is against in-state rival South Carolina (always tough) and one of them is against UNC (which is crazy hot right now). I’m not feeling optimistic about Clemson’s changes to go undefeated.
I didn’t see any of this (I was busy shooting a wedding for [Kivus & Camera](http://kivusandcamera.com)), but the “reviews” seemed to be mixed. Some people say it’s a positive sign that Clemson could win when they didn’t play that well, but others say it just proves that Clemson’s not very good. I guess we’ll find out next week.
Clemson moves to No. 3 in AP poll
It is a deserved move after their big win, but, hopefully, it doesn’t set them up for disappointment in Raleigh (or when Florida State comes to town).
It’s getting a little dusty in here.
This was crazy. I still cannot believe it happened.
This was crazy. I can’t think of another game to end like this.
S E C !!! S E C !!!
Here’s hoping that Jeff can get the “Paw Bearer” fixed up.
He has a right to be angry. In a sport like college football (where there is so much turnover), this generation of Clemson players and coaches is far removed from the losses of the past. Of course, next time Clemson loses a game, that term will come up again.
The game was much closer down the stretch than I would have liked, but, thankfully, Clemson held on.
You can see why people love to play for Dabo.
How a house became home for Deshaun Watson
Pretty cool story of how Watson grew up in a Habitat for Humanity house and then spent time this year building another one for someone else to grow up in.
They’re coming…to our city.
I don’t think anyone saw this coming.
Not a surprise here. These “daily fantasy leagues” are gambling, plain and simple. At least the NCAA is evaluating this appropriately. The NFL and ESPN, meanwhile, talk about the “horrors” of gambling while having 3/4 of their programming sponsored by these ridiculous leagues.
> “We’re not a great team yet, but we’re improving, and that’s our goal,” Swinney said. “I think we have a chance to be a great team by November.”
The game last night was much, much closer than I would of like. That said, I feel like pre-Dabo Clemson teams would have lost it. Still, it’s tough for me to argue with Pat Fored’s take [that Clemson’s overrated](http://us.rd.yahoo.com/sports/rss/Pat+Forde/SIG=13mkchj2l/*http%3A//sports.yahoo.com/news/clemson–for-now–continues-to-look-overrated-after-beating-louisville-050430408.html).
(On the plus side, have you see Dabo’s victory dance? https://twitter.com/YahooDrSaturday/status/644708012704141312 No wonder people want to play for him.)
Yeah. Sure they would.
Great. This game is really setting up for people to be able to say it was a “Clemsoning.”
College football starts tonight, so take one last look at some of the Grantland preview coverage to bone up. (I especially like Matt Hinton’s pick of Clemson in the playoff and Deshaun Watson as the Heisman winner.)
