This kind of pressure makes the first game against Georgia that much more important. I hope Dabo is getting the guys ready.

I had the pleasure of talking with President Barker a few times. After each of those conversations, I always thought that my alma matter was in good hands. I am sad to see him go, but wish him the best going forward.
As both a Clemson fan and a Patriots fan, I would love to see DeAndre Hopkins get drafted by New England.

In Defense of Brad Brownell at Clemson

I think mediocre is a more fair assessment. Expectations heading into this season were very low, too. They are currently in 8th place in the ACC, 1 spot ahead of where they were picked in the preseason polls.
I agree that those calling for Brownell’s head at this juncture are premature. Part of the problem this year has been the inability to close out games. I think they improve greatly in that area next year when they are a little more seasoned.

I have to imagine this means Boyd will come back to play for Clemson next year.
The only way that Clemson will be able to keep against programs from the SEC and Pac 10 is to get higher caliber players on both lines. The question is whether or not that happens before the ACC is disbanded.
