Finally. I much needed upgraded.

If you are visiting Disney World from November 7 through January 4, do yourself a favor and go enjoy this.
A good, and updated, resource for people who are trying to decide which Disney resort to stay at.
These types of after hours events are going to keep popping up at Disney World. Clearly, the existing options have been successes.
Here is the full listing of menus for the Food and Wine festival (in case you want to know more than just what beer is going to be served.)
Seriously, what [kind of people bring their stuffed animal on vacation and take pictures of him?](http://fenwaythehusky.tumblr.com)
*Beers and Ears* provides you with an very important list up the upcoming Food and Wine Festival.
These discounts pretty much cover the rest of 2014, with the exception of Thanksgiving weekend, and the Christmas through New Year’s week / weekends.
It looks like Disney is replacing Kouzzina with an italian place. Interesting choice, especially with Via Napoli right around the corner in Epcot.
I wish they had this in place when Elyssa and I were visiting. It might have been enough to get us to give their food a shot.
I am going to miss this place when it closes (on my birthday!)
Speaking of *Frozen*, it looks like Disney has started casting the *Frozen* characters for *Once upon a Time.* I still wonder who they are going to get as Elsa, though.
This is pretty awesome.
$300 a person for a 6-7 hours tour, including visits to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdoms[^note], and a meal at table service restaurant. It does sound kind of interesting, but I think it might be a *little* spendy.
[^note]: Where guests get to ride on the Mine Train, Toy Story Midway Mania, and Expedition Everest.
Poor Snow. Can’t they just give her a home and let her stay there?[^f1042].
[^f1042]: I have developed a newfound appreciation for Snow (yes, I call her Snow) after my most recent trip to the world. Elyssa and I ended up having great interactions with all the “Snows” that we met.
I was most interested in the Great Hall in the Haunted Mansion:
> This is one of the most famous Disney effects of all, but the company didn’t invent the technique. In fact, the “Pepper’s Ghost” illusion is based on a term coined in the 1800s by a professor of chemistry at the London Polytechnic Institure.
> The ghosts that you see dancing and celebrating in the Grand Hall are actually animatronic figures in black rooms above and below the mezzanine that your Doom Buggy is on. There is a gigantic pane of glass between the riders and the Grand Hall. A light source shines on the animatronics below, which reflects them off of the glass and makes it appear as though they’re actually in the Grand Hall.
People are so crazy to see Anna and Elsa that Disney is actually walking the rope back to Fantasyland. That is impressive.
Speaking of *Frozen*, the meet-and-greet to see Anna and Elsa is still insanely popular.
I feel like Elyssa and I might try to get down there for this in October.
I have never seen *Once Upon a Time*, but I heard rumblings today that they that they teased an appearance of Elsa on the finale last night. I managed to find a clip on Youtube (linked), but I imagine that will be pulled before too long.
Though I am not sure this will make me watch the show, I have to Disney credit for bring her to the show so quickly.
