It seems that this rumor pops up every couple of years. Though I would love to see another Disney park[^fn1], I do not think is coming any time soon[^fn2].
[^fn1]: Mostly just to draw some people away from the World in Orlando.
[^fn2]: Though, it would be the perfect opportunity to try out something they cannot do in Florida: “Marvel Land”.
